Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Address

As an international retailer, we process all returns through our fulfilment partner. Upon contacting us, we will provide you with the correct return address for your order. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Take a photo of the item and email it to support@snugglewagsco.com. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.


Wrong Item / Missing Item

If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund immediately.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods including pet treats and consumables
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted. Contact us at support@snugglewagsco.com to initiate.


European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
